Since its founding, the studio has worked on a wide range of creative projects spanning the globe - from back alley murals in New York to high-end brand activations in Dubai and Qatar. Usually, it’s Grandpa’s old friends who call him for creative help when the shit hits the fan. Hence the slogan: “Your Creative Emergency Response Unit.” Despite the overall young age of the Discord kids, together with Grandpa as a team, they’ve nailed collaborations with international companies, cultural institutions, and multiple fearless startups - designing large scale public artworks, crafting brand stories, building viral campaigns, and turning wild ideas into real world experiences.
The studio’s main focus is conceptualization, although the Discord kids are pretty handy with 3D, animation, graphic design, and strategy too. The main HQ is located in Riga’s VEF district, where the team basically built their base from the ground up, designing everything themselves. It houses all of Grandpa’s activities under one roof - KIWIE STUDIO work, KIWIE Street Arts, KBI GLOBAL merchandise development, and now the newcomer: KIWIE FNDN, a foundation to support young artists. Grandpa is picky about who he works with - he prefers those who aren’t afraid to experiment or try something unexpected. It’s the only thing keeping Grandpa alive, honestly.
