Are you a young artist between 7 and 18 years old, passionate about growing your creative skills? Apply for support through KIWIE FNDN and get a chance to receive 1000 EUR to invest in new tools, materials, or learning experiences that will take your art to the next level. Submit your best works or that wild idea stuck in your sketchbook and three of the brightest kids will each receive a 1000 EUR grant to use however they choose. Grandpa will personally select the winners, using his very questionable expertise. Download the full rules PDF down below to learn more about the requirements and how to apply.

A while ago grandpa started KIWIE FNDN to support young artists and creative talents.
For the first Spring session, he received 20 applications from young creatives with different skills, ideas and dreams. After reviewing all submissions, grandpa selected his first recipient - a 14 year old artist Estere Briede, who will receive a 1000 EUR [after taxes] grant to support her creative journey.
Art has always been a big part of her life. Growing up in a creative family, she has explored drawing, digital art, photography, miniature making and street art. Her application stood out because of her curiosity, dedication and genuine passion for creating.
When asked why she loves art, she wrote: “Because I can't live without creating art. It's my way of expressing myself, having fun, dealing with my emotions and trying new exciting stuff.”
The grant will be used to purchase a new phone for school, digital art and photography, with the remaining funds going towards art supplies.
Congratulations to our first KIWIE FNDN recipient. We can't wait to see what she creates next.

KIWIE FOUNDATION is a long-term private initiative created to support emerging artists - handpicked and guided directly by KIWIE. Grandpa set it up because he was tired of seeing young talent go to waste and didn’t feel like waiting around for some committee’s approval. There’s no donation button. No glossy reports. No empty promises. Just real financial support, given on Grandpa’s terms, to those he believes truly need it - without hidden catches or scammy fine print. His main goal is to find the future Picassos who have the talent, but are still questioning whether art is even a legitimate path to take.
John does not accept public donations. The only way to contribute is by acquiring artworks created by Grandpa in the SHOP section, with half of the proceeds directed toward "KIWIE FNDN". All support is managed internally, and no detailed financial reports will be published - except the grant amounts given out and the artists receiving them. Selected KIWIE projects and income streams also contribute to the ongoing development of the Foundation for a much brighter future. If you have any questions, or have ideas how to make this even better, please reach out to us via the contact form.
